Modern Ballet I with Ms. Lynn
(Grades 2 and 3)
Wednesday, 5:00 pm-5:50 pm (CLASS FULL)
Girls: lavender purple leotard; pink tights; pink ballet shoes.
Boys: white T-shirt; black leggings; black ballet shoes.

Modern Ballet II with Ms. Lynn
(Grades 4 and 5)
Wednesday, 6:00 pm-6:50 pm
Girls: hunter green leotard; pink tights; pink ballet shoes.
Boys: white T-shirt; black leggings; black ballet shoes.

Class Descriptions:
In the Pre-Ballet and Beginning Ballet classes we will continue to work on all elements of creative dance. We will also begin introducing technique for basic ballet. Students will continue learning principles of choreography and have opportunities to create dances.
The Modern Ballet classes are for children who have some dance experience. A higher level of concentration is required. In each class we begin with a technical warm-up and then work on many different movement combinations. The children’s musicality and knowledge of choreography are also further developed.
